Why us

Not every dev shop
runs like this

A team that actually knows what it's doing

Every person on your engagement has been through production failures, hard deadlines, and complex integrations.

Transparent, async- first communication

Weekly or daily async standups, shared dashboards. You always know what's in progress, what's blocked, and what's next — without having to chase anyone.

Flexible engagement models

Fixed-scope projects, dedicated team retainer, or staff augmentation—we match the commercial model to your situation. Not the other way around.

Sector depth across regulated industries

We've shipped in fintech, healthcare, logistics, and retail. We know what compliance, audit trails, and data sensitivity mean in practice, not just in theory.

testimonials

Don't take our word for it.

Every stage of your software's lifecycle, handled by one dedicated team — so you're never juggling multiple vendors or losing context along the way.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Lava Lamp Lab has provided me and my uncle an excellent looking web application that has helped our family business thrive in our local community. They have been extremely helpful in providing us designs on how the web app should look, and have explained to us how the system would work in a way that we can understand. Definitely recommend doing business with them!

FAQ’S

Everything you need to know about...

What is project-based resourcing?

Project-based resourcing gives you access to experienced technology professionals for specific stages or requirements within your project. Whether you need a developer, UI/UX designer, software architect, QA specialist, or deployment support, we provide the right skills without requiring you to commit to a full outsourced team.

What types of skills and expertise can you provide?

We can provide specialised resources across the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, application architecture, UI/UX design, web and mobile development, enterprise application development, software testing, quality assurance, and deployment support.

Can you provide resources for only one part of a project?

Yes. You can bring in specialised expertise for a specific phase or requirement without outsourcing the entire project. Whether you need support with planning, design, development, testing, or deployment, we can tailor the engagement to your needs.

Can your team work with our existing developers?

Absolutely. Our specialists can integrate with your existing development team and workflows, providing additional capacity or expertise where it is needed most. We work collaboratively to help maintain momentum while supporting your internal processes and technology stack.

How do you ensure quality and visibility throughout the project?

Our resourcing follows an agile, test-driven approach supported by continuous integration. We use clear communication, regular progress updates, and shared project visibility to help you stay informed about what is in progress, what is blocked, and what comes next.

How flexible are your project-based resourcing arrangements?

Our engagements can be tailored to your project’s scope, duration, technical requirements, and budget. Whether you need short-term specialist support, additional development capacity, or ongoing project resources, we can structure an engagement that suits your requirements.
